What would you do if a coworker asked you to help you steal?

I would report that co-worker to my supervisor immediately and let my supervisor handle the situation.

I would secretly go tell the manager that they tried to ask me to steal because that can affect my job and the stores profit in some ways.

I would tell them what they are doing is wrong and that they are going to get caught. If they refused to return or pay for the item and depending on how they reacted to me calling them out I would either walk away and have nothing to do with them, or I would tell a cashier.

I would make them put it back and tell them its not worth it. Report to management.

I will advice him or her not to do it because it will cause him to lose the job and its a wrong doing.

I listened to the customer and spoke calmly as not to escalate the situation and solved the problem in a way that benefited her and ensured she left the pharmacy happy.

I never argue with customers. I listen to their issues and respond back calmly so as to not escalate the problem. I try to find the best solution possible to diffuse the situation.

Any time with coworkers. It is important to maintain a good professional relationship, and to do that you cannot be argumentive.

With co workers brcause they have more experience than me so they must be right.

Any situation involving co-workers. Of course you are not going to agree all the time about how something should be done but there is no point in arguing. Also when it comes to a customer, you should not continue to argue with a customer.

I would have to say that sometimes a well calculated decision made quickly is better than a decision that is argued over and planned out in detail.

I remember when I worked at bubbs, in turlock ca. I had a customer come in and purchase food. They payed and sat down to eat . The customer approached me and said I had given incorrect change, that he had given me a $20. I told him that I remembered he did not but was insistent that he did. I gave him the change he thought he should have received, because I wanted to keep the situation from escalating. Afterward I told my manager the situation and they said I handled it well and that I was correct, the cash register was short the amount I had given him.

Yes, while at Kfc Taco bell. Sometimes we were short staffed or ran out of product. And I was way younger and just thought that that was difficult when we were slammed.

Yes, several years (including one as a Head Cashier and three as a Merchandise Manager) at Barnes and Noble during and after the Christmas holiday season.

Yes, I have dealt with stressful situations so I know how to deal with it.

Most of my previous employers have been in food service.But there where several stressful times that arose. Customers that did not think there orders where right or they got incorrect change or you cant accomodate there special dietary requirements.
