Tell me about a time you responded to feedback from a manager or boss.

The best employees are those who can accept feedback with grace and take actionable steps to improve in the areas they are lacking. Share some feedback you received that didn't majorly affect your progress and performance and work and how you took steps to improve in that area. Maybe you asked someone to hold you accountable or utilized a new organizational system. Share that you can humbly accept feedback and work on areas of improvement on the job.
