Question 34 of 35

Ramsay Health Care believes that success comes through recognizing and encouraging the value of teams. Talk about a great team experience you had and explain what role you played on the team and what problem you solved together.

"I am a person that thrives on teamwork, best exemplified by a project I am working on with my current employer. As the charge nurse for our unit, I've been asked to create a team of individuals to create what we call the Pathways to Success program for our nurses. Having always been a proponent of cross-training to help build nursing skills, the program is setting a footprint for individual nurses in our organization to reach their career goals. I started the team by hand selecting individuals throughout the organization to create a diverse team of nurses, leaders, and administrators to bring their expertise. With everyone not fully acquainted, I started our first meeting with great ice-breaking activities to get us laughing while getting to know each other. While the team is still young, we have laid the groundwork for a great start to the program."
