      1st Answer Example

"Experiencing a setback is always disappointing, and can even be a bit disheartening, but I understand that it happens from time to time on the job here at Qatar Airways. If I would experience a major setback, I would start by doing what is necessary to rectify the situation. If a passenger was involved, I would speak directly with them and let them know what I would do to take care of the situation. Then I would take a few moments to debrief with my manager and discuss what I could have done differently."

      2nd Answer Example

"Setbacks happen for a reason, and they do not affect me emotionally in the least. I am a very pragmatic thinker and stay focused on my project, despite the challenges that come my way. I am a creative thinker, so setbacks are often used as a new jumping-off point to something even better. In my current position, this happens from time to time when customers change their orders at the last minute and I always need to be flexible and ready to do some rework to make them happy."

"When I experience a setback, I become reflective and proactive. I take time to myself to think about what went wrong and how I can improve. I tend to be more reserved and quieter when I am pensive. Productivity does not waiver, but my demeanor may be more solemn."
