      "I think setbacks are a part of life, particularly setback on the job can seem disappointing and affect the morale. However, it is something that should be factored into the equation and therefore whenever I experience a set back a take a few moments to think about the cause and what could have been done differently? Setbacks cannot be reversed but they can act as a learning curve because a mistake should corrected before it becomes an error. I usually move move on forward after a setback."
