Question 2 of 35

Give me an example of a time when you went above and beyond the call of duty at work.

"I often go above and beyond expectations in my current job because my customers expect it. In the service industries, businesses are built to be successful in how they treat and serve their customers. In my current role, I've taken time to walk customers to their vehicles with a large load, helped customers find items they needed, and taken time to just talk to them about their needs. At Qatar Airways, I would see this same level of excellent service as being vital to your success and I'd look forward to bringing it to your passengers."

      2nd Answer Example

"Last year, we had a power outage in my office building for several hours and it completely shut us down. As our entire team scrambled to help ensure that the business could keep operating following the power coming back on, I volunteered to stay and work the extra hours needed that weekend. I quickly arranged child care with a family member and was happy to do what was needed."
