"I'm a very easy-going person, so I do well both working in an individual setting as well as in a group setting. When I was in school, I equally enjoyed working on assignments alone and as part of larger group projects. I did some interning in a slower-paced administrative setting and also in a fast-paced environment in the marketing department, and I didn't dislike or struggle with either. I'm open to exploring various work environments, and I'm flexible working in whatever setting would be required."

"I can be productive in most work environments, so long as the mentality is positive and teamwork is encouraged. I feel challenged in an environment that is negative or toxic and learned this the hard way in my first job out of college. From what I understand, Procter and Gamble focuses a great deal on interdependency and working together with confidence and trust across business units, functions, categories, and geographies. Good answer. To strengthen your response, consider mentioning why you don't like these things, specifically being micromanaged, and what you DO like. You could mention again your love of working independently. You can say that you appreciate the guidance and feedback of a manager but that due to your leadership tendencies you desire the space to make your own decisions in order to exceed expectations.

"I myself can work in any working environment, I am by nature highly adaptable, but I do dislike negative and toxic surroundings. From what I understand, P&G focuses on interdependency and mutual respect, and trust across the whole company. This seems like an environment that sets the team up for success."
