To get to know you a bit better, there's a good chance your interviewer will ask you some questions about your career path and your career goals. This question is asked to simply get a feel for your motivation and drive as you look to join the Procter and Gamble team.

Career progression can be a touchy subject, especially if you feel that your career hasn't progressed as well as you would have liked. No matter how you answer, be open and honest with your interviewer while assuring that the career expectations you once had are leading you to be a part of Procter and Gamble's future success.

"I'm just getting started in my career, so I'm very eager to find a role with a reputable organization like Proctor and Gamble.
