At Officeworks we like to hire strong achievers. Give me an example of a time when you went above and beyond.

"I was recently cleaning up a section of the store where I currently work when a customer came into my section with three small kids who were all screaming and crying. He looked totally overwhelmed! I smiled and greeted him, then I asked if his kids might enjoy something to keep them occupied -- we keep coloring books and crayons in the break room for just this kind of situation. He looked so grateful and relieved, so I went and grabbed the coloring supplies, told my manager the situation, and sat on the floor with the kids for about fifteen minutes while the customer finished up his shopping. It was a small thing for me to do, but I know it made a huge impact on his day. That's what customer service really means to me: finding small opportunities to make big impacts."
