I sat down with the two employees and we went through what they thought was the right way to do the project and found the similarities to bring them both of the same page then we worked on the differences.

I helped by making sure that each person took a step back and looked at the situation from both angles. Then had both talk about what needed to get done and both saw the easiest way to complete the goal. After that everything was perfect!

Just asked the people to take a step and understand each others roles, put yourself in each others position and rethink for the cause - its Nike.

Adidas, they too focus on clothing and and technology.

What new nike products are you most excited about?

When it comes to shoes I get most excited because nike shoes are a very dependable product. For instance you can use nike shoes for work like myself I use the nike roshes and free runs you can use them for working out and staying active or you can even use them for a casual look.

I am very excited about the Nike Air Max Zoom. They typically meet the criteria I have for my sports shoes: light, great fit, and versatile. I have been able to use them for running and playing basketball.

I would say the Nike air zoom pegasus 31. I am excited to try them out.

Definitely new running shoes, I feel that Nike has created great products but everything has room for improvement, we see shoes such as the nike frees and the air max's for maximum comfort, i think that nike can and will continue to expand their workout-wear line.

I have multiple favorite nike shoes. But my most favorite pair would be the nike free runs 5.0. They are a good workout shoe and even a good pair of shoes for work especially for someone like me whos always on their feet at work.

Due to his condition, I believe that he would be ideal to be endorsed by Nike. Fact of the matter is, Nike's mission includes: "IF YOU HAVE A BODY, YOU ARE AN ATHLETE". Dinklage opens up a whole new potential market.

Tell me about a time when you received bad customer service?

I was working at my old job and it was a 2 person job where we would host a party event for younger kids. The event last for 2 hours and its pretty much a facility where kids come in and play in a huge bounce house arena and after their play they would go to their own party rooms where food would be served a birthday cake etc. Everything is timely based at our job so food was ordered for the event to be delivered at a certain time. The food ended up coming extremely late and we had to explain to the parents of the party about the issue. I pulled the person who booked the event to the side and explained how we are sorry but unfortunately the food will be coming late due to some issues with delivery and we would like to offer you some snacks and drinks in the mean time until the food gets here. Again I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience do not worry we will not be charging you for the food and will be adding more time your event. After the event was over the lady who booked the party explained to my managers how she was not satisfied with the service due to the food being late but still left with a successful day even though we received negative feedback.

I was shopping and needed help finding something and there were multiple associates but they all ignored me or were rude. Didn't make me feel comfortable in the store or shopping.

Every time I go to Walmart. Ive actually stopped shopping there all together.

Tell me about a suggestion or successful contribution you have made in your past job or in college.

I suggested we televise the growth of a footwear brand to build the audience. That move translated into more sales.

In my current job, I work on an anneal & pickle line that is making the mechanical properties and surface quality for the customers. There is a section called ESS that I suggested added hydroxide to the system to help clean up the strip as well as the piping and tub. This was successful and is part of the process today.

In my group project that we are currently working on in my Engineering course, at the beginning, I offered up several design ideas for the item and they were accepted and are now being implemented into outré design.

In college, I volunteered for the Orange County schools and was able to assist in developing better lessons plans for the volunteers which helped both the students and volunteers interact better with one another.

Nike clothing; people want to wear sporty clothes as they are encouraged by the Olmypics.

the shoe line of course it never gets old its a way of expressing yourself

Nike skateboarding and other action sport areas.

The shoe line that I would see have a lot of growth would be Air Jordans because I've seen a lot of kids buy them and including adults, and I ask some of my friends who have them if they are nice are comfortable, and they are.

Something I can see Nike having a big jump in growth in, would be soccer cleats. Soccer is becoming a growing sport, I see this from a soccer player point of view. My friends that don't play are taking interests in it.

Tell me about a problem you've had with a previous supervisor.

Ive never had any serious problems with any former supervisers.

I have never had a serious problem with a supervisor, because when I am at work, I understand that I am there to do what my supervisor says without any protest. But I have had a couple of minor problems, like one was that I was the only cashier open, and the manager told me to go out and do carts, and I asked if they were sure that they wanted their only cashier to get off register to do carts. They said they were sure and I went out and did them willingly.

I had no problem with my previous supervisors as I had a good working relationship with them.

Lack of guidance, when I got in to the company, I knew nothing I knew no one. My direct supervisor had only little guidance on what I should do at the company. However, it made me aware and learn how to earn jobs for myself.
