I pulled the person who booked the event to the side and explained how we are sorry but unfortunately the food will be coming late due to some issues with delivery and we would like to offer you some snacks and drinks in the mean time until the food gets here. Again I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience do not worry we will not be charging you for the food and will be adding more time your event.
