Tell me about a time you had to deal with a significant change in your practice. How did you manage that change successfully?

In any healthcare setting, large or small, change is inevitable. Your interviewer needs to know that any candidate they seriously consider comes with the ability to embrace change and remain fluid when it inevitably occurs.
