A customer received an order wrong three times, so I took it off of her bill and let her come back for a free breakfast.

There was a time were I did more then asked in my last job by dealing with an outragious customer and I did everything and anything she possibly asked for and more just to make her happy.

I would organize all tasks at hand according to my best judgement by which was most pressing. In completeing the most pressing and important matters first, I would then finish what ever remaining tasks were left in the time period alotted for me.

It was actually a time when I was covering two shifts because an employee didn't show up and I just prioritized by what absolutely needed to be done first and what wasn't imperative to get done right away.

I chose which I thought would be the most important first an did it that way. As time got down, I did as much as I could of whichever tasks were left.

I had to train a new girl an show her how we did orders and clean up, it turned out good.

In my prior a position I was a senior employee and was the lead sales associate. Employees often came to me with questions and asked for help.

When working on a school project in a group, I was the group leader. I had everyone pick one certin thing they were supposed to do and we ended up getting an A.

My math class recently had a tournament where the class split up into two sides and representatives would come up and try to persuade a judge outside the class on who was the more important mathematician. I was a representative on my side and our mathematician had been the underdogs. With proper preparation I persuaded my judge that we had the better mathmatician.

Minooka civil war days. I had to organize over 50 cadets and give them jobs to do, as well as check up on them and supply water. Overall it was a success and everything went smoothly.

Ask the customer if they need help finding anything and if they do help them find it. Once found ask them if they need help with anything else.

The first step is always finding the problem or realizing their is a problem. The second, I believe is deciding what would need to happen to solve the problem. Then I would find out how to solve the problem and do it.
