How well do you handle customer complaints?

Great. I've dealt with them at Ray's and Amazon.

I handle them very well because it lets me know if im doing my job well or if i need to work a little harder.

I handle them all the same I try to do my best in helping that particular customer out and if i cant help the customer then I will help them and direct them to a person/employee that can.
