"I would look for a person who demonstrates teamwork and independence. A person can learn other traits, but if they are not able to work independently after training, you are only as good as the weakest link. It could have a huge impact on patient safety, data quality, and clinical study reports."

"In the field of clinical research, I believe candidate(s) need to possess integrity, organizational skills, and also time management. Taking pride in one's work is very important in my opinion, it leads to confidence and good work ethics. Having good time management and organizational skills makes your work clean and presentable for your peers and superiors. I feel I do possess those traits as I take much pride in what I do, I am passionate about making a difference in the world, and contributing to clinical research is a way to do that. I have my own system of keeping things on track and if possible I usually try to get things done ahead of time to give myself ample opportunities to review my work before submission."
