"I motivate myself by listening to encouragement podcasts each morning as I drive to work. It is amazing how something I hear fits right in with the day! I also keep an energetic and enthusiastic outlook on any task, knowing that even the smallest of them are helping me grow and are leading me toward a sale. I can hardly wait to bring that positive energy to my job at McLaren."
