If you look at their website before your interview, you'll see that brand names like Cottonelle, Kleenex, and Huggies are under their umbrella. If your work at the company involves hygiene products that are under health regulations, your interviewer is hoping to hear that you are aware of this fact and how it will impact the work you will be doing.

Before your interview, thoroughly read the job description for the role you are interviewing for and come prepared to discuss your knowledge of the product line you will be working with. If you have to do further research on whether those products are subjected to FDA or other regulations, a quick Google search will help you. As you answer, focus on how your attention to detail and ability to follow all designated work processes and procedures will always be on top of your mind.
