"I have been working towards building my skills and knowledge in clinical leadership over the last few years, particularly by shadowing with shift leaders in my current imaging department. I've also contemplated going back to school part-time for my MHA, but that is in the thinking stages for now. If I am fortunate enough to join the amazing team here, I'd love to continue working my way toward a Sonography Manager position by demonstrating my ability to lead others and be an organized individual. Your team will quickly find that I am a great team player and leader who can help make a big difference for your patients and business processes well into the future."
