If you were hired today, what would you accomplish first on the job?

"In the outpatient setting here at Kaiser Permanente, I know I'll be working with a wide variety of prescribing physicians and collaborating with many pharmacy colleagues. Because success in this setting depends on communication and teamwork, the first thing that I would want to accomplish is to spend one-on-one time with my new colleagues and the physicians I would be collaborating with. I want to give them the chance to know me and my communication style so we can have immediate success moving forward."
