"Over my years as a general contractor, I've worked very closely with subcontractors, design architects, and customers to ensure that every step of the build was done to specification and delivered on time. My communication skills, availability, and direct nature have been true staples to my success in the business and I look forward to bringing these skills to work with KB Home. What would be unique about stepping into this environment would be working with design consultants who are a part of my team, which would be a breath of fresh air. Also, having a customer service representative available for new customers once their home is ready and they move in would be such a great benefit to have from my perspective."
