Tell the interviewer about your extracurricular activities. Demonstrate to them how you never missed an after school activity. When you sign up for an organization, you are committed to them. Limit the number of extracurricular activities to a handful. Announcing more than 5 may signal to the interviewer; I'll be busy with activities 6 days out of the week and only available to work on Sundays. Another approach you may take, talk about how rare it is for you to miss school days. Say, 'Last year, I only missed one day of school due to a family emergency. I take great pride in my work and obligations, and would never miss an obligation or be late to one.' After you communicate to the interviewer how responsible you are, tell them 'Therefore, I am ready for this career at Jamba Juice because I have worked hard in all my previous obligations, and am now ready to start earning a wage and begin my working career.'
