Humanex consults with a wide array of clients that spans across different businesses and industries. One things that every industry has in common is the need for effective teamwork and consultants with Humanex are expected to bring a team building atmosphere to their clients. For this question, talk about your experience and techniques for helping to promote a high functioning team. In your answer, keep in mind that you will most often be working with high level leaders of clients and speak to your ability to create cohesiveness in teams involving these leaders.
