What would you do if a coworker asked you to help you steal?

Stealing is unethical and is not tolerated anywhere that I know of , to even suggest that I help in anyway is absurd therefore I would report this to my superior immediately and he or she will do whats necessary .

I would tell them it is not something I could part take in then try and find out why they felt they needed to steal, if they were having financial troubles I would tell them that the company offered excellent counseling and they could remain anonymous.
