If you are hired for this position here at GHD Group, what do you think the biggest hurdle for you would be from the start?

"As you can see from my resume, most of my career experience is in the food industry. If fortunate enough to be hired for this position, the biggest area for learning for me would be the finance side of other industries like technology, telecommunications and healthcare. From day one, I would begin by thoroughly research the clients here at GHD Group and speaking with as many industry experts that I know through business networking. While learning the ins and outs of other industries is the biggest learning curve for me, I see it as a great opportunity for me to become more proficient and effective in the work that I'd be doing for you."

For this question, you can showcase your research that you've done on both GHD Group and the role you are interviewing for by being upfront and honest about what you feel would be the biggest learning curve for you if hired for the position and giving your plan for how you would approach this hurdle. In your answer, make sure that you highlight your skills and abilities in making a molehill out of a mountain on your way to success in this role.

"While this may sound funny to you at first, I think the biggest challenge for me from the start will be adapting to the great corporate lifestyle and culture here at GHD Group. When I saw this position being open for applicants and I did my research, I was extremely excited to hear about the flexibility and openness to the ideas of your staff members. I've been working for six years in an environment that is very opposite of an open culture for new ideas and for me personally, it will feel foreign for me to bring new ideas to the team here and have them be accepted."

Part of our work here at GHD Group entails obtaining buy-in from clients on energy conservation. How would you sell energy conservation ideas to clients?

"As you can probably already tell from our conversations so far, I am very passionate about sustainable energy and the need for every organization and person to keep that in the front of their mind in all of their efforts. I would approach clients with statistical data that proves the positive facts that sustainability projects can achieve. I understand that the clients here at GHD Group are driven by data and I would be able to deliver that to them."

As GHD Group moves into the future, part of the work that they do will be selling companies on the need to be more energy conscious and efficient. For this question, your interviewer will be looking to hear your tactics for educating clients on the importance of sustainability in their operations. The reality is that many clients don't have energy conservation at the top of their minds and your job will be to convince them otherwise. Be sure to speak passionately about this aspect of the job.

"Being a firm believer that utilizing energy on the earth in a wise way is the right thing to do, my approach with clients here at GHD Group would be to take an educational approach that is empathetic to the environment and even their own pocketbooks. What most organizations don't realize is that while costs up front can sometimes be a little higher to implement energy savings programs, it doesn't take long for initial costs to be negated due to cost savings down the road."

What importance do you feel that zero-based budgeting plays in supply chain management?

"In my experience, zero-based budgeting is most appropriate to implement with organizations that are in need of a cultural shift from that of freely spending and wasting to one that runs a pretty tight ship. When I have seen it be effective, organization were forced to find alternate means of success when the front-line leaders had buy-in into the process of the philosophy. In my time, I've trained several organizations on the tactic and helped them implement a zero-based budget from scratch."

Since becoming one of the hottest trends in supply chain management, zero-based budgeting is a very foreign concept to a lot of businesses and industries. For the clients of GHD Group, it is important for you to understand that this tactic will for for many, but not for all. Prior to your interview, make sure that you can speak knowledgeably about the concept of zero-based budgeting and research the topic if you need. Explain to your interviewer where you feel this will be appropriate in your work as a consultant with them.

"Zero-based budgeting has its place in the supply chain world for sure. With my current organization, we were in a dire need for both sales and revenue growth and this program really helped turn us around in year one of running it. To make sure that the program was successful, we put our entire leadership team through some very focused training that I was a part of creating. I'd look forward to bringing what I learned there to the clients here at GHD Group."

A key component to success here at GHD Group is building solid relationships with new clients. How do you effectively get to know new people and lay the groundwork for a long lasting relationship?

"I am a firm believer that success in any role I've played in my career was due in part to the relationships that I've built in those roles. Whenever I have the chance to work with a new colleague or a new customer, my approach is to create an initial connection with them to build trust. After that point, my interpersonal skills take over through active listening. I use my listening skills to learn about the motivating factors and needs of the person that I will be working with and this helps mold that respect and trust between us even more. I think this approach would be very critical in working with new clients on a regular basis here at GHD Group and I'd love the opportunity to bring these skills to the table for you."

The fast paced world of business consulting requires the ability to build relationship after relationship with all of the clients that you will potentially be working with. For this question, your interviewer will be looking to gain insight into how you build relationships with new people from the first time you interact with them. In your answer, talk about how you gain and build trust with new people and explain how the little things in your initial interactions go a long way toward building long lasting working relationships.

In looking to make the move to an Engineering Consultant here at GHD Group, how would you approach clients, and potential equal colleagues, as the expert in your field?

"For the past few years, I've really been looking to transition to the consulting field because of my broad area of expertise across many areas of electrical and mechanical engineering. When I was part of a company merger a couple of years ago, my manager commented on my ability to work with new staff and lead them into our new processes and procedures. My personable and knowledgeable approach went over well with my colleagues and is definitely an approach I would bring to clients here at GHD Group."

For this question, your interview is really looking how you will effectively transition to a role as a consultant in the engineering field, working with clients across many different industries. Prior to your interview, prepare and be ready to talk about how you plan to make this transition to the consulting role. Be sure to highlight the ways that your education, skills and experiences will translate smoothly to working with leaders and engineers in different industries. Also be sure to talk about your personal approach you will take in the consultant role so that clients are assured that you are the expert that they are paying for.

"As you can see from my experience, I've worked in the manufacturing industry for many years and think my experience here will be a great asset to your clients. I am trained in Six Sigma and Lean principles and would be able to bring these strategies to help benefit engineering practices of your clients. If hired for this position, you'll quickly find that I have a passion for education and I feel that is a vital quality for being a successful consultant."

Have you ever had any formal training in Lean Six Sigma that you could bring to GHD Group and our clients?

"As you can see from my resume, I am a certified green belt in Lean Six Sigma and I receive this certification two years ago. When doing this with my current organization, I was then tasked with spearheading several supply chain management projects that greatly improved our operations in a short time. One such project was a waste reduction project that focused on our transportation and reducing handling and moving of materials to save costs. As a green belt, my greatest skill would be implementing and leading teams of workers at the clients that GHD Group serves."

To answer this question effectively, it will pay to do your research on Lean Six Sigma training and how it can impact a successful supply chain and logistics operation. If you have training, talk about how it has impacted your career to this point and how you can bring it to use with the clients of GHD Group. If you don't have certification in Lean Six Sigma, make sure that you can talk wisely about the topic and keep an open mid to certification in the future if required for the position.

"While I don't have direct training in Lean Six Sigma, my current company has formally trained me in their own lean program that aligns closely with the nationally recognized program. Through my training and applying it to supply chain operations, I've led teams that have improved our order fulfillment times, reduced waste and eliminated errors during our process. I've always aspired to pursue formal Lean certifications and would readily do so if hired for this position."

Give an example of a time you used data in analyzing risk for an organization. Did you utilize any tools in this process?

"As you can see from my resume, I've spent a good portion of my career working in the manufacturing industry. In that industry, a good deal of my risk focus was on employee safety and lost time prevention. When I took my current position, I analyzed data over the past ten years to find trends on workplace injuries that led to work comp claims. By using a very intricate Excel spreadsheet that I created, I was able to find a few different problem areas. From there, I worked with management and our safety coordinator to implement new work practices and policies moving forward."

Gathering and analyzing data is an important step that any risk management professional must take during their evaluation processes. What's even more important than gathering and analyzing is putting the data to use to achieve results. For this question, talk in detail about a time that you used data in a working situation. Explain the tools, whether it was specific software or a spreadsheet, to help analyze and get results out of the data you collected.

"In my current role, I am using the Resolver risk management software and it has really been an effective tool in storing and analyzing data and then helping put the data to functional use. Last year, I was tasked with leading a team of individuals to assess risk of potential defective products that my organization was putting to market. My job was to research and gather data on potential lawsuit risk that the organization could be looking at while others focused on the internal pieces that would fix the problem. Resolver was a great tool for our whole project and luckily, my organization didn't face any lawsuits based on our quick work."

For our clients here at GHD Group, we are brought in as consultant project managers that are working with unfamiliar teams of people. What leadership style would you bring to our clients that would be effective and efficient with our clients?

"My leadership style in a team setting is a good mix between a democratic and a coaching style. I'm a believer that gaining consensus on team decisions helps boost morale and vision within a team and I love facilitating team meetings in that style. I want to make sure that all have their voices heard and have a chance to weigh in on important decisions. Then, when necessary, I use my experience and knowledge to help develop and coach members of the team."

Successful project managers are able to bring a leadership style to their teams that both inspires and motivates them to work cohesively and efficiently. In a consultant role with GHD Group, the need to have an effective leadership style is compounded by the fact that you will be working with clients across many different businesses and industries. This elevates the need to have an effective leadership style. No matter how you answer this question, try to highlight your ability to inspire teams to work in a cohesive and efficient manner.

"As you can see from my resume, I've had extensive leadership training. Through my years of experience as a project manager, I have developed the ability to cater my leadership style to the individuals and teams that I work with. I can be the pacesetter on a team that needs motivation and I can easily switch to the harmonizing leader when needed to build a team based atmosphere. My ability to be flexible with those that I work with has certainly contributed to my successes as a project manager and I'd love to bring this ability to the clients of GHD Group"

Rate your communication skills from 1-10 with proper examples backing your given rating.

"I rate my communication skills as a 9/10 as I will, on occasion, have times when I am not as clear as I would like to be. My supervisor and co-workers will attest to my clear and concise communication skills. Because I am an open leader, my team will let me know if I need to clarify anything."

On a scale of 1-10, how skilled are you in communication? Why did you choose that particular rating for yourself?

"I will rate myself an 8.5 because I consider myself a strong communicator. It is the foundation of all success in business. I am always striving to be a better communicator, so I leave the rest of the scale as an aspirational measure."

In your eyes, what makes a compliance program effective?

"While an effective and organizational altering compliance program relies on many key factors, I'd say that the most important factor of all is an effective training program for front line employees. Compliance with laws and regulations starts with employees on the front line of any business and they need to be armed at all times with knowledge to do their jobs in compliance. During my career, the educational piece has been the most fun and exciting for me because of my ability to create effective and engaging training that employees learn and grow from. I'd look forward to bringing this the clients of GHD Group."

The elements of a successful compliance program are plentiful and can range from sound policies/procedures to training/education and to having solid leadership in the area. However you answer this question, just understand there are no right or wrong answers as long as you speak passionately to your reasoning behind your answer. This may be a good time for you to bring up your strong suit when it comes to being successful in a consultant role with GHD Group.

"From my own personal experience, the one thing that can make or break a compliance program is effective lines of communication. In today's digital world, many organizations work across multiple sites and from home offices and communication on new policies is imperative. With my current organization, we utilize many channels for communicating with employees. These channels include email, our intranet page and participation in department meeting calls. Utilizing all of these channels helps us ensure that we are reaching every employee with important information."

Our clients here at GHD Group expect top notch work from our consultants. How do you ensure that your work is error free when conducting research and/or data analysis?

"For me, ensuring accurate data and error free work starts in the data collection process. I always make sure that they type of data collected is well defined to avoid unnecessary data in the analysis. Then, quality work comes down to organizing data in the best fashion possible and cleansing the data regularly. I know some analysts overlook these second two steps a lot of times, but the fact remains that these two steps are often the biggest hurdles to providing quality measurements to those that need it most."

While certainly an open ended question for you to talk about your detailed and thorough work, your interviewer is simply looking to hear that you have a plan for ensuring quality work each and every day you are on the job. Talk about the importance for providing accurate and reliable data and walk through any steps that you take to ensure that your work is error free. In the consulting world, the reputation of GHD Group will rely on the accuracy of your work.

"Organization is the main key to ensuring accurate and mistake free data analysis. My organization starts with setting a data collection strategy and asking the right questions to ensure that the data I am collecting is the right data. Oftentimes, analysts live and die by the idea that executing and getting things done as quickly as possible is the only way of data analysis. This couldn't be farther from the truth and as the old saying goes, proper planning prevents poor performance."

Based on your work experience, where do you feel your strongest skills in supply chain management would benefit our clients here at GHD Group?

"As you can see from my experience, my wealth of experience is supply chain management is strong and applies across many different industries. The one skill that I believe I could bring to the clients here at GHD Group is my understanding and knowledge of the legal issues surrounding the management of large supplier contracts. I have witnessed things go sour too many times when legal issues weren't ironed out in the contracting process and I have taken it upon myself to learn this aspect of supply chain management in detail."

As a supply chain expert, your interviewer will be able to tell a lot about your knowledge, skills and abilities from your resume and your conversations during your interview. For this question, your interviewer is looking for you to set yourself apart from your competition for the job by talking about a unique skill or two that you bring to the table that others may not. In your answer, try to maintain focus on the consulting side of the business and explain how your skills will truly assist clients of GHD Group.

"Having been in the field for almost 15 years, day to day operations of a successful supply chain operation are almost second nature to me at this point in my career. What keeps me in the field at this point in my career and is driving into the consulting side of the business is my knack for problem solving at a very high level. Last year, I developed a new routing plan for a materials distributor that ended up saving the organization close to $500,000 on yearly delivery and maintenance costs and my problem solving skills during that project were essential to receiving buy-in from senior leadership at the organization."

A common project we work on with clients here at GHD Group is inventory optimization. In your mind, why is this such an important task to tackle with clients that are in need of a system revamp?

"The reason for the importance of inventory optimization is very easy to explain in theory to clients in the fact that it helps them save money by maintaining the correct inventory at all times. The difficult part is weighing in every factor and component of the supply chain process to balance the supply and demand of the business. If hired for this position, I will be a reliable consultant that works with every aspect of a business to find that delicate balance. My ability to work with and bring together different groups within an organization will strongly benefit the clients of GHD Group."

In today's supply chain management and logistics world, inventory optimization is extremely important to organizations both large and small. While the reasons for it being important are plenty, the basics come down to an organization's need to balance costs of inventory with a demand from customers and finding that right balance. In your answer, be sure to talk about the fact the optimization of inventory isn't an exact science that fits all businesses and talk about your ability to diagnose the right fit with each organization that you could potentially be working with.

"From my years of experience in the industry, I've witnessed way too many organizations throwing wasteful money at inventories that were way too high in fear of missing out on production or sales that just weren't there. During my career, I've helped implement just in time inventory strategies to several manufacturers and the results of each project have been astounding when looking at labor and inventory costs."

If hired here at GHD Group, what transportation industries would you feel most comfortable working in? Which industries would you feel you need more education/experience in?

"As you can see from my experience, I've spent the last eight years working in logistics in the marine shipping industry. Being on the west coast, most of my experience falls within shipping across and up and down the Pacific Ocean. If hired for this position, I could be an organizational expert in marine logistics. I'd also have a lot of ability to utilize my knowledge here in both the rail and highway industries as well."

As consultants in the transportation industry, GHD Group consults many different transportation industries. This can include rail, aviation, marine and road. For this question, your interviewer is simply looking to gauge your experience and comfort in working with different sub-industries within the transportation sector. Be open and honest with your interviewer in your answer while also keeping an open mind to transferring your skills over into new areas.

"As you can see from my resume, I've worked for many years with large aviation transportation organizations like UPS and FedEx. During my time with those organizations, I've implemented many safety, security and efficiency measures and would love to continue consulting in aviation. While I don't have direct experience in road or rail, I'd love to take my skills to those areas as well with some training and direction."

Talk about a time that you applied a new technology or new information to your work as an engineer?

"Having been an engineer for over 20 years, today's digital age has certainly altered the way that we work on a day to day basis and I've loved every minute of being on the forefront of these changes. In my current role, I am utilizing nanotechnology that wasn't available even five years ago to create UV resistant and waterproof glass that just wasn't able to be produced before. I'd love to help bring innovation to the clients here at GHD Group in this consultant role."

During your career as an engineer up to this point, you've likely had to learn and work with new technology or information that has improved the way that you perform your work. Ideally with this question, your interviewer is looking to see that you are flexible in working with new technologies and/or processes as you consults across different businesses and industries. Prior to your interview, think of an example of a time that showed your ability to be open to new ways of doing things through advancements in technology and talk about why this ability is important in a consulting role.

"As a manufacturing engineer by trade, I've worked with many of the recent advancements in robotic technology to help boost production output and quality. Last year, I helped implement a new production line for light bulbs that utilized a fully automated assembly process where machine tenders were operating all processes from a touch screen. The project required a lot of research and education for my engineering team and we all welcomed that with open arms."

What factors would you consider when determining the feasibility of new engineering project as a consultant with GHD Group?

"If hired for this position, I really wouldn't change anything about my current processes for evaluating projects from the start. For my process, I start by assuring that the need for the project is sound. Then, I establish a basic design of the project that take into account all measurements, resources, equipment and overall budget. At this point in time with clients, it would be important to ensure that they are able to take on all of those considerations of the project. With it being their resources, their labor and their budgets, I see this as the biggest aspect that I would be hired for as their consultant."

As a Engineering Consultant with GHD Group, you will be counted upon to determine the practicality of projects that clients are considering and your interviewer will be looking to hear that you take a concise and methodical approach in considering all aspects of the project for the client. You will be counted on to be the expert in this aspect for the clients at GHD Group, so make sure to project your confidence in your answer to your interviewer.

"Having went through formal training in project management skills five years ago, I've been able to take a much more high level approach to all of the project that I work on. As a consultant, this training would prove very beneficial in my approach of learning the business and operations of clients and the needs for the project I would be consulting on. Then, I'd be able to use my expertise in the field to be as cost effective and efficient as possible while delivering the best results possible."

What skills would you bring to a business analyst role here at GHD Group and why are you looking for this change in a career?

"About a year ago, a close friend of mine from college highly recommended a move to the business analyst field after we had several conversations on my career path in the corporate education world. I really feel like I'm at a point where I've hit a ceiling in my career and moving to a business analyst type of role will open so many more doors for me to showcase my skills in education, presenting and leadership. After seeing your job opening, I was extremely excited about applying and now interviewing because I feel like my educational background will suit the clients of GHD Group very well."

Depending on where you are at in your career, your interviewer is looking to get a sense of why you are looking at moving into a role as a consultant in the business analyst world and what skills you would bring to the role at GHD Group. Prior to your interview, be sure to give thought into why you are interviewing for this position and be open and honest with your interviewer. Then, think of your unique skills that you have developed throughout your career that make you a great fit for this role.

"As you can see from my resume and background, I have spent my career in the software development world where I have honed great technical skills that would translate nicely to this role here at GHD Group. During the past five years with my current organization, I have undertaken the responsibilities of documenting our business processes and have really loved this aspect of my role. It has given me the opportunity to work with new people within my organization and really helped spark an interest in full-time analyst consulting role."

As a consultant with GHD Group, the ability to give sound risk advice to our clients is always expected. What's the greatest piece of advice you've ever given regarding organizational risk?

"Throughout my career, I've always taken the time to network with other risk and compliance professionals. About five years ago at a national conference, I attended a breakout seminar on whistle blowing policies surrounding risk. I heard a colleague talk about a policy that their organization had adopted that removed all fear of retribution for employees that brought risk concerns forward to the risk manager. Upon returning from the conference, I approached our COO about adopting a similar policy and upon doing so, I considered this my greatest piece of advice ever. Right way upon communication, we had a few employees come forward with significant concerns that otherwise wouldn't have in fear of retaliation against them or a colleague."

Upon first hearing this question, you may be left empty minded given the large number of ways you can answer this questions while trying to please your interviewer. At the heart of this question, your interviewer is looking to hear what you feel is the most important advice you have ever given a company or a particular person regarding the mitigation of risk. Talk about why this advice was important, how you learned it and how you still carry it forward to this day.

"What I learned early on in my career was that the need for having a long-term, extended outlook on potential risks and mitigation of those risks was extremely important. When I took my current job, my department was way too shortsighted in the risk prevention efforts. The best advice I've ever given was to our CEO to allow professionals in risk management to the table on financial planning and operational planning conversations for the future. If hired here at GHD Group, this is one area of expertise that I could bring to your clients."

Why is data validation important in your work and how do you make sure that you do it?

"Thoroughness in data analysis is extremely important and an important piece in being as detailed as possible is data validation. My customers are reliant on the fact that data I provide is accurate and a true representation of what we are measuring. To ensure my data is valid, I have written scripts utilizing Python and I have also used the simple steps in Excel even to validate data. While sometimes time consuming, this is a necessary step in any data analysis and is not something that I take lightly."

Data validation can quickly be summed up as 'garbage in equals garbage out.' In essence, any good data analyst needs to ensure that the data they use is functional and relevant to what is being measured so be sure to reiterate that to your interview. Then, explain the ways that you have gone about validating data in the project work that you've done throughout your career. The clients at GHD Group will need to rely on the fact that data is valid and important to the work that you will be doing with them.

Talk about some of the safety related projects you've been involved in during your time in the industry. What safety related perspectives would you be able to bring to the clients here at GHD Group?

"During my time working in the highway and road construction industry, I've been a part of some great design implementations to make roads safer. By utilizing detailed traffic studies/forecasts and animated 3D design, I've been a part of the design of many roundabout applications that take away all dangers of collisions at busy intersections. In my mind, eliminating the risk of head on and t-bone type collisions is a top priority to help save lives and I'd bring this philosophy when working with clients here."

A constant in the transportation industry has always been to make safety a top priority. As technology and innovation has greatly changed over time, safety procedures and processes have also greatly changed. To hear that you will have a continual eye gazing at safety with their clients, your interviewer is looking to hear about a project that you worked on that centered around safety. On top of you example, talk high level about your safety philosophy and how you'll help bring that to the clients of GHD Group.

"During my years in the rail industry, highway crossing was always a top concern when building new lines or re-routing existing lines. To design and build things from the safest place possible, a team effort was always necessary. I have worked with civil engineers and executives of short rail lines to create lines that make sense from both a logistical and safety point of view so it is a win-win situation for everyone involved, including the general public. It is very easy for some to lose sight of the general public, but I never do in my work and I would see to it that no client would either."

Market research is very important to our clients here at GHD Group. Talk about a time that you used market research to conduct an effective analysis.

"Earlier this year, I consulted with an online retailer that was looking to expand its product line into new health and beauty products that were all natural. To get as quick of a turnaround as possible on a limited budget, I started an online survey research campaign. After a meeting with leadership of the retailer, we targeted women in specific age categories and used specific social media and email channels to obtain survey responses. Within a month, the retailer had great data to work off of to launch products that would hit the market and take off quickly."

When a company is looking to launch a new product or dig into their consumers, market research is required and this position with GHD Group will likely require you to be a market research expert with their clients. Your interviewer will be looking to hear that you understand when market research is a necessary step in the analysis process and that you know how run an effective research campaign. In your example, walk through the steps you took to gain insightful knowledge on consumers.

"During my time conducting market research, I have utilized many channels to conduct effective research. I've conducted focus group, utilized social media and have conducted phone surveys. One that comes to mind is a couple of years ago when I conducted focus groups for a new beverage that a large company wanted to release. I had a team of people finding people to participate in the groups. I started the focus group out with a blind taste testing to get initial feedback on the drink against its potential competition in the market. Then, I unveiled the product packaging and labeling to get feedback from the consumers. In the end, our client received great feedback that helped them tweak some things prior to the product launch."

Talk about a time that you utilized a creative solution to help with an environmental issue on the job. What resources did you use to help make the creative solution a reality?

"During my time working for the state of New Jersey, I was tasked with water cleanup projects to help save natural lakes and ponds that were subject to major pollution from nearby factories. To first help sustain life in the waterways, I researched and attending some training on biofiltration systems. With the training I underwent, I utilized a strain of cabbage in the ponds that effectively filtered and destroyed many of the VOC's in the ponds. This allowed life in the waters to thrive while we searched for more solutions on the contaminants."

As an environmental engineer/expert, being creative and innovative should be a part of your soul and DNA. For this question, your interviewer will be looking for your ability to use education and/or research to come up with a creative solution to an issue. Be sure to speak in detail about the steps you took to put a creative plan into action and don't forget to talk about final results as well.

"Last year, I worked hand in hand with mechanical and design engineers on new wind turbines that would dramatically decrease the killing of birds and bats in the areas where wind farms currently existed. I utilized my knowledge of bird flight patterns and flight control to help convince the team that vertical turbines were the best route to take. While a little more costly to produce and get up and running, the lessened effect on the local ecosystems were well worth the efforts."

If hired for this position at GHD Group, what would be the ideal project for you to lead?

"If I'm fortunate enough to come consult with GHD Group, my ideal project would be working with the leadership staff of a high profile employer on a corporate restructuring project that makes them more efficient and more profitable in a short amount of time. As you can see from my experience, I really thrive when working with high level leaders like CEO's and Presidents on what I would consider my greatest area of expertise."

To fully understand the reasoning behind this question, your interviewer is looking to get a sense for what type of work you prefer to do, what your strong points are and where to best position you with clients if hired for the position. "Over the last couple of years, my projects with major urban areas have incorporated roof gardens on buildings. Once believed to be incorporated in ancient Babylon, the rooftop gardens do a great job of absorbing CO2 and giving off oxygen while lessening the need for air conditioning in the buildings. During the process of learning about implementing the gardens, I trained many different contractors on our process for building and sustaining these gardens. I am very comfortable in the role of providing education to others and think I'd be a huge asset to the clients here at GHD Group."

"As an experience professional in project management, I pride myself on my ability to consistently monitor the progress of the project and spot where we may be falling behind on items. At those times, I work closely with the person or individuals assigned to that task to ensure that the job gets back on track. At times, this has involved me intervening and taking care of things that I can or reaching out to other resources for help. Milestones and deadlines are the key to the successful completion of a project and one missed item can create a bad domino effect that pushes a project back. For me, not letting that first fallen domino touch the next is the key to staying on track."
