As a realtor and also working in the mortgage industry there are alot of deadlines when it comes to contracts and closing dates and stuff like that. Back in 2013 the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). Said that for now on all closing documents, all inspections, all appraisals, and all parties have to have all forms signed and submitted and the buyer has to review these documents for 3 days before we can close. This law was put in place because they were finding alot of errors at the closing tables, like names spelled wrong, streets spelled wrong, the home buyer not realizing how much money it cost to get a mortgage and not knowing company fees for doing the mortgage. So RESPA created the TILD Law where the home buyer has 3 days to completely walk away from the purchase of a home. So in result the mortgage sat on the books for days when it was completely ready for closing. There were instances where if we had the clear to close we could close that day or the day after so we were known for our same day closing and then we had to stick with the laws on giving the home buyer the proper 3 days.

Last eyar I took at conomics unit which required a big report to be written. I was notimated as project leader based off of y past expeiences, but I would have voulenteered for this role. So we all had different roles, and we had some challenges with a member dropping out of uni and his replacemen was less then capable. I think I was able to influence the results by maintaining motivation, and fillign in gaps where members were weak. I set up short terms goals for the whole team because I relaised there was soem lackign self otivation. We eneded up with a HD in that unit, and were voted best presenters. What I did, I believe was make the goal very clear, and broke it odwn for the team to work towards to make this acheivable. I also rought differenece together and overcame the challenge by work ing hard and working very close to the members of the group which did want to work had, and made the environment for them very good to work in.
