      What You Need to Know

In the automobile industry, you can expect changes to occur. Cars change as people change, so you can at least expect to see innovations in their products and the solutions they offer their customers. You may also expect changes in management and changes in policies that might affect how you do your job. Show the interviewer at Ford that you can adjust when changes happen. The interviewer is most interested in your response to the change, how you adapted and evolved yourself! Focus on your ability to stay positive, confident, and flexible in these situations, while supporting your leadership, the company vision, and the overall big-picture.

"I worked in the restaurant industry before the pandemic. When the pandemic began, we had to change every aspect of how to work and how to serve customers. To keep the business alive, we changed our policies and began finding ways to adopt new work rules."

      Rachelle's Feedback

This situation required some serious pivots, indeed! As per previous feedback, I recommend using the STAR framework when forming a 'tell me about a time...' answer. As the answer stands right now, it's too vague to leave a lasting impact. Let the interviewer hear about the ways that you shine in the workplace :)
