If I couldn't get a hold of you, I would reach out to your human resources and explain the situation and express my concern. I would then try to be flexible regarding rescheduling. However, if it seemed clear that this interview wasn't a high priority, then I might ask more questions, and reflect on the wisest course of action from there, depending on the situation."
