      We know that Facebook's top 5 core values are to Be Bold, Focus on Impact, Move Fast, Be Open, and Build Social Value. The hiring authorities at Facebook want to make sure that your core values align well with their own. If you have never considered your core values, this is a great exercise to do. Think about the values you hold dearest, the morals at the core of who you are, and what kind of person do you strive to be. Discuss your top 3 values and how they complement Facebook's core values.

      "My core values include consistency in work, a belief that healthy relationships are fundamental to happiness, and my commitment to doing good for the world as a whole. I believe that my core values complement the established values of Facebook, entirely I look forward to learning more about how I can add to the mission of Facebook through my core values."

      "I have been reading a lot of books and listening to many podcasts lately regarding core values and how to form a personal mission statement. After some inner work and research, I can confidently say that my core values include a commitment to kindness every day, incorporating creativity into everything that I do, and maintaining a spirit of adventure no matter what stressors I face."

      "My core values include 1) strive for excellence - which means I take the quality of my work seriously - 2) hunger for development - as I believe such attitude not only will result in great output but also your personal growth - and 3) collaboration - as you can't achieve things all on your own in an organization and collaborating well within and across teams is critical in delivering towards the company's goals. These are the values that guide my interactions with people as well as my overall approach to work."

      "One of my top values is honesty which I apply when communicating with colleagues and stakeholders. I also value growth which means that I always seek to learn new things in my field. I also care deeply about reliability as I seek to be someone people can come to for help and support."
