Question 2 of 30
Which aspect of this role do you feel you need the most training?
Professional Answers Preview
How to Answer
Your answer to this question will tell the interviewer a lot about your skill level and where you will need the most training. Keep your answer related to one of the tasks outlined in the job posting but ensure that you do not mention one of the must-have skills. For instance, if you are interviewing for a customer service representative position, you would not want to say that you need the most training in customer service related skills. Mention a computer system that you would not have used, or perhaps another internal process specific only to Eastern Airways. Be sure to add that you are confident in your ability to learn this skill quickly.

Answer Example
"I am confident in my skill level when it comes to the primary responsibilities of this role. What I believe I will need the most training in are your internal computer systems. I am tech savvy and confident that I will pick up on them quickly; however, they will be new to me."
Answer Example
"I love to learn new things, and so I am excited for the training I will receive at Eastern Airways. The area where I will need the most training will be with Software ABC. This position will be my first exposure to the program. I have already watched a few online tutorials and am confident I will pick it up quickly."

Question 3 of 30
Who do you admire most in the airline industry?
Professional Answers Preview
How to Answer
Maybe you admire a famous engineer, the world's first female pilot, or an airline mogul who has made a name for themselves in the luxury airline industry. Whoever you find to be inspiring, keep in mind that the interviewer is looking for a heartfelt response.

Answer Example
"The people whom I find the most interesting and inspiring in the airline industry, without a doubt, would be the Wright brothers. Inventing, building, and flying the worlds' first airplane is a remarkable accomplishment that would have required a lot of smarts and bravery. May I ask who you admire most in the industry?"
Answer Example
"Amelia Earhart is my answer to this question, hands down. I love to hear stories of women succeeding in a time when our efforts were often ignored or pushed to the side. The fact that she was a pilot and an author is remarkable but also that she was the first female to fly alone across the Atlantic Ocean."

Question 4 of 30
Do you have any limitations preventing you from flying, or doing this job safely?
Professional Answers Preview
How to Answer
What the interviewer is looking for is if you have any health issues or physical limitations that would prevent you from flying for long periods of time, or flying in general. These issues could include back or knee problems, vertigo, or even claustrophobia. Depending on your region, it may be illegal for an interviewer to ask you about physical handicaps or disabilities. Keep this in mind when crafting your answer.

Answer Example
"I do not have any limitations, to my knowledge, that would prevent me from flying or doing this job safely. Should anything come up during my training, I would be sure to express the concern."
Answer Example
"Thank you for asking. I do not have any physical disabilities preventing me from doing this job safely, and effectively."

Question 5 of 30
How do you feel about working holidays and weekends?
Professional Answers Preview
How to Answer
The interviewer wants assurance that you are willing to put in the time and energy needed to be successful in this role. You can give a brief answer but ensure that it is genuine. If there is anything in your schedule preventing you from working holidays and weekends, this is the time to mention those restrictions.

Answer Example
"I can work most holidays, and weekends, except for one weekend in July and one weekend in October. I can give you the details in a formal email after this interview if you would like. Other than those prior commitments, I have no scheduling restrictions."
Answer Example
"I understand that being new to this industry, and to Eastern Airways, likely means that I will not have the first draw on the schedule. I am okay with that fact. I can certainly work any weekends and holidays that you require of me."

About Our Interview Questions

Our interview questions are created by writers, almost all of which, have a long history of recruiting and interviewing candidates. They do not necessarily have experience interviewing or working with companies, careers, or schools, in which they may write for on MockQuestions.com. We do, however, strive to match their background and expertise with the appropriate question sets found on our website.

Our careers, companies, industries, and schools may have duplicate interview questions and answers found elsewhere on our website. Specifically, our companies and our graduate school interviews. For these two, we use the industry in which we believe the company most well-represents and the graduate programs, as the basis for the interview questions and answers that generate for each company or school.

The intent of MockQuestions.com is for our users to build confidence for their job interview, by using our thousands of interview questions and answers as they practice and prepare for their interview. We believe, most of our visitors can become more likely to succeed in their job interview with hard-work and practice. We believe, the key to success is for our users to rehearse with our interview questions while using our answer examples as an idea generator for their own interview answers. We strongly want to discourage users from memorizing our answer examples. That is not the purpose of our website.
