"I believe I could improve some of my technical skills, including Excel and PowerPoint. Currently, I am at a beginner to intermediate level; however, I would be more comfortable at an advanced level. "My greatest weakness is a lack of clinical experience as I am a fairly new nurse. As a way to overcome this, I am always available and willing to try new tasks that I am not comfortable with yet just to gain experience and I believe that is something my current supervisor would agree with. You may say I have a hard time saying no."
