"I would say my communication skills is a 7. I do need to work more on my skills. But I do try to make sure that I make clear what needs to be done and not to rely on other people to tell the other coworkers. Sometimes when you try to and rely on other people to convey the message, it gets construed. So it's better for you to convey the msg yourself, so there is no confusion."
