Tell me about your experience with a difficult customer. What was the outcome?
A customer, would not wait in line and he was very neveous. I called a coworker to help me with the line and I took care of him wrath away and he left with a positive experience.
I had a customer who was angry because we didn't have her medication ready per it was not covered and drug was expensive. She wants to use discount for it and pay out of pocket. When I process the Rex through the discount it's still $45. I offered to use cvs discount savings program card for her and amount came out cheaper, $35. Her anger subsided and she happily grinned and thank me twice, once right that moment and once again after she picked up her prescription.
I had one customer come in who wanted to change her pets diet. She had dozens of questions about many different things. I asnswered al her questions as best as I could I was working in the store alone so occasionally and new customer would come in and need assistance or be ready to check out but the customer I was with would not give me a break.. So I would politley.

Able to say no because I don't want to be rude like when I already have multiple things I'm already doing such as getting drop offs, transcribing prescriptions, and answering phones and making calls, other colleagues who are just filling or pulling drugs hands me extra tasks which they can do in less than a minute don't want to do it, I just say ok, I'll handle per I can't say no and didn't want to be rude.

I've always had interest in many pharmacies but Costco stand out to me per the success story which is they take pride in their employees and treat their them well to keep employees working hard and provides their members low best prices for brand name merchandise.
