Ethics to me are codes that people follow and believe in. For example like treating everyone equally and with respect.

Just do what I'm suppose to do. Then maybe the lead or manager will take notice.

When a customer went home and couldn't find is bag with his merchandise in it. He thought we should give him another item at no cost. Since we couldn't do that he threw his money at me. Ideas polite and counted his money out and gave the rest back to him. And I thanked him.

I've never had to experience anything like that especially with a co-worker. I've always had great relationships at work.
I only hand one experience with a customer. I did what could and I called the manager in for assistance.

Always being respectful to the costumer. Answering all questions to the fullest. Always offering help when you see a costumer in need.
I define customer service as, a memorable experience to the customer. The employee is diligent, honest, and has a servant heart.

Costco Wholesale Corporation (Costco) operates membership warehouses that offer its members low prices on a limited selection of branded and selected private-label products in a range of merchandise categories.
