Tell me about a time you were unable to satisfy a customer.
There are some customers who no one can satisfy.On my last job as a business mail technician there was a customer who had a personal problem with themself and I was not able to satisfy them, but I realized that it was because that was the way that they chose to be, so I was very patient and simply answered all questions.

Although I have not done a great amount of decorating I have done it in a food service class in high school and have baked and decorated cakes for family.I do a great deal of baking for holidays and birthdays.

A previous customer in the business mail entry unit at the postal service had a mailing that was not prepared correctly .In order for them to avoid having to come back the next day I allowed them to step over to the side counter to correct the mailing.Although it was a time consuming process I was able to help them prepare the mailing and get it done the same day which resulted in a very happy customer experience!

My greatest weaknesses are becoming frustrated with coworkers who choose not to meet deadlines and choose not to be punctual.I try to realize though that we are all different.

There It was a time where a customer wanted a specific cupcake made and we did not have the cake rings for the cupcakes but I went and made some flowers and cupcakes and she was very happy.
