How to Answer
This question is specific. The interviewer wants to know that you are very familiar with the menu and have been to Chick-fil-A recently. If you know the improvement let the interviewer know. If you cannot remember the newest improvement but know a past one, you can share that.

Any fast food restaurant that offers chicken sandwiches is a competitor. Think of a competitor and mention the similarities between the two. After saying how they are similar, explain what Chick-fil-A does that is different or better than their competitor.

How to Answer
It's difficult to have perfect attendance at work because life happens. What's important is that you share with the interviewer why you missed work, and the steps you took to let your manager know. If you know the number of days, you can share that with your interviewer.

How to Answer
Chick-fil-A wants to hire responsible employees who are honest with management. Showing up to work is important, but your interviewer will understand that life happens. Maybe you called off work because you were sick or your car broke down, whatever the reason, explain it to your interviewer. If you have never called off work before, share that with your interviewer but also offer an explanation for what you would do if you did call off from work.

Be honest with your interviewer, if you only need the job for extra money while you are in school, it's okay to explain that. How to Answer
Chick-fil-As can get really busy and you will have to deal with lots of cash transactions. It's important that even during a rush, you take the time to make sure that the transaction is accurate. Share with the interviewer your experience and what you do to ensure accuracy for every transaction. If you have not handled cash before, discuss some of you skills that would help with this, such as attention to detail and that you are trustworthy.

If you haven't had a job before, think of a time that someone yelled at you and you successfully calmed them down. This is a chance to show the interviewer that you can handle difficult situations and that you are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.

Chick-fil-A's owners are Christians and their faith is part of their mission statement for the company. Chick-fil-A is also closed on Sunday so that employees can worship if they choose to. It is possible that you may be asked this question, which is about a topic that is often not spoken about in the workplace. You will need to think of response that is respectful of the owners' beliefs.
