Align your interests with the elements of what this opportunity offers if you can. Also, avoid spelling out any conflicts your hobbies would present. If you say you are available to start and willing to relocate but tell them that in your spare time, you are the main act at a lounge club and are also in a bowling league that goes out of state a few times a month, this poses an obvious conflict between commitments.
