What You Need to Know
This question enters tricky territory. It's best to answer this question as diplomatically as possible. It is also important to perform adequate research on a role before the interview. A quick google search reveals that Caterpillar Inc has exerted repeated efforts and exhausted billions of dollars to de-unionize its workforce. Focus on a more impartial approach. You are interviewing for Caterpillar, not the unions that represent their workers.
