"I am definitely passionate about the retail industry -- I truly love getting to know customers and the challenge of tailoring my customer service to each individual who comes into the store. Last week, a customer came into the store where I currently work with a goal: she wanted to simplify her wardrobe and purchase several every-day staples that she could wear again and again. I had a great time getting to know her and understanding the ethical reasons behind her decision to purchase a few high-quality, earth-friendly garments. I set her up in the fitting room and then grabbed several items from our store for her to try. We spent about two hours together, I walked her through product information about each of the garments she was purchasing, and she left the store feeling very satisfied and ready to make the change she had planned."
