Question 1 of 30

How long will it take you to make a meaningful contribution to our team at BMO?

When it comes to proving yourself and making significant contributions to your new employer, timing is everything. There is a code of conduct one must follow when onboarding with a new organization. You'll be expected to ask a lot of questions of everyone there, while building relationships with your coworkers and learning the reason why they do things, in addition to how they go about doing them. Once you've learned how everything works, and why they've built things the way they have, and earned the trust of your coworkers, you can test the waters on how to go about identifying kaizen opportunities and implementing innovation.
