Problems between employees may occur in busy work places. I came across one situation where coworkers where arguing about buffet setting. I interrupted both apologising and reminding them that the most important thing is providing the best for the customer.

A consumer had three accts in our office and they were given to two different collectors told them two ways put it in the managers file or whom ever have the highest balance takes all.

As a fast trak supervisor one of my reps was not happy with working with my lead escalations rep. She felt she was not getting the same attention as the rest of the team. I monitored both rep and escalation lead rep and determined that both were missing key opportunities that they could take advantage of to reduce the number of escalations. I brought them together and let them listen to each others calls and they agreed and it eased the tension on the team.

Just took them in a room, said to open up completely and speak to each other. Tell them in what kind of situations the other person was facing a problem which only he can make it up.

This was in a production plant where some folks did not agree that others worked as hard as they did.
