What makes our stores unique compared to other food markets?

Evident its geared towards all social circles, students, households, assylum seekers and price discount is very visible.

Aldi's low prices and unique brands. You can buy all your groceries plus a dryer or washing machine, lawn mower plus many more items all in the one store. And I always find that all Aldi stores have a ample car parking.

I know that Aldi is a fast growing company which emphasizes on efficiency and quality. Having exclusive brands is an example.

Global German founded company in 1913. Opened up your first stores in Ireland in 1999. 4,000 stores worldwide. You have won 10 awards for your Irish own brands across your meats and dairy produce. Known for your efficiency and excellent dicount prices. Unique business model, providing efficiency, cutting down unessecary costs on operations so you can provide customers the highest quality products at the lowest prices.

Aldi is one of the worlds largest privately companies.

I know its short for the Albrecht discount, and they sell around 1,400 different products that get stocked by the employees daily. I know they sell high quality products at low prices, and they save time and therefore money by having the cart return system that they have. Moreover, I know they save on energy and are very green!

Aldi opened its first store nearly 100 years ago in Germany and has since expanded to 8000 worldwide. 90 stores are currently in Ireland. Aldi is leading in staff wages and believes in paying their staff more for hard work.

Ive had vast experience in retail. I've experince what its like taking Thousands of pounds a day and all that comes with it, with the hard working hours, constantly on the go, orgarnising- pushing sales, smashing target, to scrapping to make 1000 a day when maximising sales were key and serivce had to be expectional. Ive done all sorts managering teams/shopfloor/store, stock taking, delvieries, merchandising/ paper work/ cash handling

I've had many experiences in the past in retail, I'm currently working for a clothes store, and I have worked in convenience stores which were challenging but the customers made the job rewarding.

I was left in charge of running the floor at McDonalds while the manager counted some drawers. I had to make sure all the food was made correctly and handed out in timely fashion. I handled it well even when we got busy but knew when to ask for help before becoming overwhelmed.;
