      Anonymous Answer

"I put a lot of effort into my relationships with my coworkers. When I was hired, I introduced myself and asked their names to get to know each other. Also, I got a name list to remember everyone's name, so I can call their name when I met them again. If someone helped me, I brought in coffee for the coworker or lead, so I got an opportunity to conduct a conversation. I also brought in snacks or fruit for everyone to share. So it didn't take a long time to get along with others."

      Rachelle's Feedback

Your approach to getting to know others and make a connection is a very good one! It seems you are respectful, generous, and a good listener.
