Question 1 of 35

At Aetna, we believe in continuous feedback. Tell me about a time you received constructive feedback. What did you do after hearing this?

"I received feedback from my manager last year because I was pushing for so many new ideas, it seemed like I knew more than everybody else- especially some of the staff who had been here for many years. I took this feedback and decided to include others on my team in shaping some of the new ideas I had before bringing them up in the team meeting. This approach helped to get their buy-in."
