Being an Independent distributor I am solely responsible for the entire life cycle of a prescription. It's imperative that I obtain all the needed information and submit it properly. Due to the dynamics of workers comp one detail missing could cause a significant delay in the patient receiving an approval/denial which delays them getting the device they need. For this reason, it is imperative that I am thorough.
