How to Answer

How on earth could your boss have anything negative to say about you? You are the perfect example of a high quality employee! Unfortunately, none of us are perfect, and even the best workers have weaknesses. Think about one of the areas you have been working to improve that your last boss pointed out to you. Sometimes negative feedback can be a good thing! Maybe your emails had typos that could easily be fixed if you double checked your work. Perhaps you are such a yes person that you took on too much and couldn't manage your workload. Whatever the case, be sure to talk about how you used the criticism constructively. Think about how you grew and improved!
