"I had the pleasure of visiting your southwest location just last month. My experience was so amazing that it's actually what prompted me to apply here. If I had to choose just one highlight I would say that the great customer service created a really comfortable vibe. The only thing I would have changed, if I could have, would have been the wait time. It really wasn't a big deal to me in the end because the entire experience was so positive."
