At ALLETE we put a lot of emphasis on attention to detail which some people mistake for micromanagement. How do you feel about this?
Professional Answers Preview
"I naturally pay close attention to details so to be asked about the finer details of a project is of no concern to me. I am happy to comply with any project checklists."
"I work very well on an independent basis; however, it is nice to be checked in on every now and then! I don't mind having my work double checked or proofed."
