Tell me about an error or mistake you made because of a breakdown in communication from you or one of your team members.

"I recall one instance when I failed to understand exactly what my coworker was expecting from a project we were assigned to do together. He failed to give specifics on how it should be done. So, I completed the task to the best of my ability, but since it wasn't right, we were forced to redo the project. I feel we both learned from the situation, and we agreed to be more clear in our communication with each other to avoid something like that from happening again."
