I would ask what the type of holiday they want for example the destination, how many people, are there children, are they interested in attractions? What type of holiday? ect... I'd then select my top three tell the customer about each of them I'd then recommend one and tell them all the great thing in and around the hotel and area, if they had children Id explain how one child goes free is a great offer and also on how great of a deal this particular holiday is with all the great surrounds and a amazing family hotel in there budget range I'd then explain how the price change fast and the deal won't last long.

Talk with enthusiasm and describe all the positives about the hotel, country currently have to offer.

First to find out what the customer is looking for, sometimes give a few prompts as to what they want to get out of the holiday, any particular activities, countires they've always wanted to go to. Then go through itinieries you beleive would suit them, selling particular resorts, and up sell additional activities. Overcome challenges faced my customer without losing their interest.
