Share an experience you had in dealing with a difficult person and how you handled the situation.

Ok .First you have to listen your costumer and understand why they are not happy and then with a manner solve the problem and try to find anything extra without them mentioning it will make your client happy.

A customer came to book a cheap holiday abroad. Every destination or hotel, she had an answer as to not liking it. So during the time I was searching availability, I was making small talk and finding out more about her and the family, I was able to get a better idea of her requirements. Eventually, she was communicating very easy with me and found her the ideal holiday.

What place do you love to recommend to clients?

Well, when I worked as a travel agent in Spain, I recomended the place that depends of their likes and preferences, but I always recommended a lot of times to visit this city, London. I was 7 seven years ago and continues being lovely.

It would depend on what they tell me they like to do, after a few open ended questions I would give them a recommendation based on many factors including, previous travel experience, current travel desires, activity level, food requests, and budget.
