I also know that enthusiasm and praise goes a long way, this gives the child confidence and when a child is confident in the learning they can achieve great things.

With my experience in my previous role where I have had to deal with clients who have experienced traumatic events to Court Judges I feel I have developed good communication skills, organisational skills and a high standard of reading, writing and numeracy skills. I am able to build good relationships with both adults and children showing enthusiasm with a positive attitude with whatever is asked of me. I am flexible, willing to participate and creative. I am patient, empathetic and have a sense of humour which is vital for the role.

5. I enjoy working with children. I was a Church School teacher for many years and truly felt that I made a difference in their religious education. I also helped out with rehearsals for our St. Nicholas Day program and assisted on the day of rehearsal and performance.
