"My greatest strength is that I am extremely customer-oriented. I strive to treat all clients with the utmost respect and professionalism. I always maintain my composure and reflect the values of the company I represent. For instance, in my previous role, I was the first person to encounter an upset client one morning. I made sure to listen, validate their feelings, and then offer up a solution to that client. They left me to meet with my boss with a much more positive attitude having felt heard and as if I had shared the burden of their problem."
