What was your most rewarding experience educating students?

"I had been working with a student for a few months on algebra. He was having a hard time understanding the concept of letters in equations. I designed a funny poem to help him solve equations, and he had a major breakthrough! The poem made a lightbulb turn on for him, and he aced his next exam at school. It was so great seeing how excited he was to tell me about his exam score."
